2: What costs does Budgetverhuisservice charge?

Only the material costs and labor from inlet to outlet address. You do not have to pay at Budgetverhuisservice for the outward or return journey to our locations.


3: Do you work with professional movers?

Of course. Our moving company works with well-trained and experienced movers who understand their profession well.

In addition, our movers are dressed professionally and recognizably so that your neighbors know that a move is taking place.

4: Can you entrust us with your move?

Our moving company is a much sought-after moving company throughout the Netherlands. We have experienced just about everything and have a suitable answer to most questions and problems.

So yes, you can confidently entrust any move, large or small, to the men of our moving company.


5: How do we calculate the costs of your move?

At the end of each job, a summary is made of the services we provide. The form clearly shows how the total price is determined. Factors that play a role are the number of movers, working hours, the starting rate and any mileage allowance.

The use of moving materials, moving blankets & rope and block is free.


6: How can I pay?

After the work has been carried out, we ask you to pay with our movers in cash or by ATM. You can indicate in advance whether you want to pay in cash or by ATM so that our movers are aware of this. If it happens that a job takes several days, the working hours must be settled per day.

Only if agreed in writing can you take care of payment afterwards by invoice.

7: How is the starting rate calculated?

This depends on our planning and your loading address. If a moving team is already working in your region, we will not charge a lower starting rate. On average, our moving company charges a starting rate of €50 per move.


8: The number of working hours turned out to be higher or lower than estimated?

Budget removal service always works on the basis of subsequent calculations. This way we only charge you for the number of working hours worked and you avoid expensive price agreements.

Although we always do our utmost to estimate the duration of the job as accurately as possible, it can still happen that your move takes shorter or longer than estimated with you. Our movers will inform you on the spot whether or not your move is on schedule.


9: Can I receive a digital invoice?

If you indicate that you would like to receive a digital invoice, it will be sent to you by e-mail within 7 working days after the job has been completed. You will always receive a copy of the work order for your own administration after your move.

10: Do all amounts include BTW?

For all customers, our rates include BTW.


11: Do you also work on weekends?

Yes Budget moving service is very flexible and can also be used during the weekend.


12: How quickly can I be helped?

Our moving company attaches great importance to flexibility. Thanks to a large team of handy movers, we can often be of service to you at short notice. In some cases even the same day.

We do advise you to book at least 3 weeks in advance to be sure of a place in our agenda.

13: How can I save even more?

You can save more yourself by doing a lot of preparatory work yourself and packing your belongings well. Our moving company charges on an hourly basis. Good preparation is half the work and often costs half.

14: Damage has occurred during a move, what can I do?

Our moving company does everything it can to prevent damage to your household effects. But if damage does occur, we ask you to report this to our movers during the move.

Then take photos of the damage and send it to info@budgetverhuisservice.nl with the subject “damage report and your loading address”.
Our claims department will contact you within a few days to find a suitable solution together with you.


15: I have scheduled an appointment, but I want to change it, is that possible?

Yes, you can cancel or move the appointment free of charge two weeks before the start of the work.


16: I would like to purchase multiple services, can I receive a discount?

There are often a few things that still need to be done after or before the move. A wall has to be whitewashed or a cupboard has to be taken apart.

Our moving company is happy to relieve you of a lot of work. We therefore want to offer you extra benefits when purchasing multiple services. For more information, please contact our customer service.
